Large family room conveniently located at the center of the house- near kitchen and dining room providing a great area to gather together. Large oversized dining room table. Complete with above ground hot tub. Comfortably sleeps 8 people.
The home sits back on the lot and has a nice long driveway to accommodate multiple cars. Conveniently located to shopping, dining, entertainment, the Yacht Club, beach & easy access to Fort Myers via the Cape Coral or Veterans Memorial Bridge.
What else do we offer...
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There are a few paper items in the home to get you started, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, and garbage bags. You may need to replace them depending on how much you go through. We will offer a short supply for all guests, but guests are encouraged to buy what they need during their stay.
Bath and beach towels are available. Beach chairs, beach toys, and cooler are also available for use.
