Check-in time is 3:00pm on your arrival date. If you are arriving earlier, please check with us and we may be able to accommodate. At the very least, we will offer you the ability to drop your luggage and items while our cleaner readies the property for you. Check-out time is 10:00am. This is to allow our cleaner plenty of time to prepare the house for the next guest arriving in the afternoon. Again, should you need a little later time, please check with us and we will do our best to accommodate. (Early Check-in/Late Check-out may not be available during season).
Yes, you can book directly through us. While we do use third-party sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking, and TripAdvisor, you can save quite a bit in booking fees by contacting us directly at 320-224-0721 | office@swfvacations.com. When you book directly through us, we break down payments as follows: Down-payment of 25% of the total cost due at booking. Balance of payment (75%) is due at 60 days prior to check in.
The Damage Deposit will be refunded upon check out and once our staff reviews the condition of the house. Assuming there are no issues, $350 will be credited back using the original form of payment.
All of our houses include common amenities needed for your stay. Each property is stocked with linens, towels, hair dryers, dishes, utensils and cooking items for use. There is a coffee pot in each unit (12 cup – drip). Each unit has laundry detergent and dish soap. We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags to get you started (usually enough to get you through a week’s stay). We do NOT provide shampoo or personal soaps as these items tend to be very personal to each family and we don’t want to introduce items that can cause allergies. Properties have beach towels, chairs, toys and coolers for you to use. All homes have a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
No, beach towels are provided for you at all our properties. Our properties offer you access to washer and dryer so you can keep them fresh for longer stays.
All of our properties & condos are non-smoking and non-vaping. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted inside the property. Should you need to smoke or vape, please do so outside and away from entry doors, wooden decks, and especially MULCH and dispose of trash property. If you do choose to smoke or vape, there will be at least a $400 cleaning fee associated with your reservation. Pets are not allowed.
The house has parking for up to 3 mid-size vehicles.
We really do feel bad when our guests encounter bad weather during their stay. Even though we would like to, we cannot control the weather and any guests wanting to leave or cancel their reservation due to bad weather will not receive a refund of any kind. If there is a tropical storm/hurricane no refunds will be given unless State/Local authorities order mandatory evacuations for the area in which you are staying. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation for the Cape Coral Area we will refund: a) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying at any of our properties affected as collected or b) The deposit and/or prepaid rent for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the tropical storm/hurricane warning period. These refunds will be made by check through the mail, after the storm/hurricane passes. We are not responsible for: a) Finding alternate lodging and b) Financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging.
